Minerals again
The more I learn about nutrition the more I learn how critical minerals
are in promoting and maintaining our health, particularly the
detoxififying of heavy metals out of our body. We spoke about magnesium
last month which is the most deficient mineral in the western diet,
From that newsletter I received a note from a friend who sent me the
following informtion about the importance of Iodine and how it works
with magnesium in this vital process, particularly for pregnant women.
The informaton blew me away, so much so I wanted get it to everyone
ASAP. If you know any one who is having a baby I suggest you give them
a copy of this Newsletter.

This month our focus is on Magnesium.

Health Chocolate I was pretty vague about Magnesium and it’s importance
in our diet. I was amazed to find it’s the most deficient mineral in
the Western Diet and a major factor in the cause of heart disease and
diabetes.
