Di and I have been together
for over thirty years, the attraction was instant and electric the day we met
and has if anything strengthened as we have become older. We are both
adventurers and love exploring new horizons. This sense of adventure has taken
us to all parts of the world in pursuit of our dreams and aspirations and led
us down many new and exciting paths.
Coming to the Gold Coast in
1999 did not change any of this. In nine years we have written and published
three books on healthy eating for the whole family, established a Kitchen
Coaching program, and most recently established an Organic Raw Chocolate
Business where we supply the Raw organic ingredients for you to make one of the
healthiest snacks on the planet. All of which is documented on this

While all this has been
going on Di has been following her passion, teaching art in a Studio we set up
in Ashmore. Di has art classes every Wednesday and Thursday from 9.30am to
12.30pm and Cultivating Creativity Workshops once a month on a Sunday. We also
host Art and Golf Tours in Australia and New Zealand and have
fantastic fun doing them. More detailed information on this can be found in
